Yes this is right. I am the butcher. Never cut up a car that did not deserve it, except one. It was just like this. It was a 69 ram air four. It was pretty much a yard find. It was rusted to hell. The owner had the keys and no title. Belonged to her ex husband. Oh well, we cutt and gutted it. Got a pic of my helper covered from head to toe in grease. I regret that one but we were not that book learned then.
