There are several different types of U-Joint Flanges that you could install. Of course 10 bolt Flanges should be used on 10 Bolt Differentials. 12 Bolt Flanges should be used on 12 Bolt Differentials etc. Now if you smart enough, can count, can measure inner and outer bearing races, seal Flanges etc then you can pick and choose!
